How Do I Contact Dalai Lama?
How do I reach out to Dalai Lama?
Contact the publicist or manager at the Office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to start, not an agent or attorney. Be concise and state who you are, the request, proposed dates, budget or honorarium, and why it matches Tenzin Gyatso's work on Tibetan culture, compassion and interfaith dialogue. Note whether the request is for a teaching in Dharamshala, a lecture at a university, or a charity event supporting Tibetan exile communities. Expect a reply in weeks to months because the office schedules teachings and travel far ahead. Follow up once after one to two weeks. For autographs and fan letters use the fan mail address. Responses and autographs depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
