How to Approach Steve Sauer
For a manager such as Steve Sauer at Media Four, standard industry practice is to start with a concise, professional email sent directly to the rep’s direct email address. Introduce yourself and state your specific request. Include relevant dates, your budget or offer, and links to supporting materials. Keep the message brief and easy to assess. Response times vary with workload and the request’s fit; allow at least a week or two, and understand that a reply is not guaranteed. Follow up once after that interval. Be persistent but professional, without sending repeated messages.
